This month Fox plans to fill the programming hole left by “MADtv” with a new talk show hosted by Wanda Sykes. “The Wanda Sykes Show” will feature interviews, panel discussions, field segments and skits—and unlike “The Jay Leno Show,” actually promises to be amusing.
