I tried Teela recently with a couple co-workers and was suprised at how good it was! I dont typically write reviews, but thought this was worthy...It competes with Tin Lizzies and El Taco! I believe Meridith Ford from the AJC had Teela in her top 5 taquerias - I can see why. I got the Chorizo taco and the steak fajita taco...both delicious. Also had the trio sampler - best guacamole in town I swear!

Give it a shot, Im excited about good, cheap food finally getting to Sandy Springs!

I hate not absolutely loving Teela Taqueria because the owners are so super nice and it's not a bad place, just not a superior place. It's the cutest spot. It's very colorful. Just very festive. So fitting for the whole cute Sandy Springs Citywalk area. Service is really nice and they have good tacos, just not super great ones. Try tacos with meat, beef or chicken. They are the best option. The drinks are good; they certainly do the job. I would like more fresh ingredients though. I'm not trying to be super hard on the spot because there is so much charm here. And, truth be told, if I'm in Sandy Springs and want to grab lunch or an evening drink, Teela Taqueria is where I will be. It's a great place to hang and I imagine this is a popular date spot. It's not the cheapest but it's not really expensive either. It's a really good hang spot for sure.

We tried Teela the first week they opened and we were very pleased. We have been back three times. All of the menu items have been served fresh and fast. The menu has a great variety of items and the pricing is very reasonable. Teela has the best outside deck in Sandy Springs. All of the staff have a great attitude. The owners are alsways on site which is always a plus. This is now our favorite place to go.
