When it opened in 1980 the owners just hoped to get a few of the workers in nearby warehouses. After they paid their rent in their first six hours they new they filled a need. Over the years there have been other locations but now only the original in Avondale Estates survived. So even if they think their weird, Skip's has whatever condiment you choose to cover your Vienna beef dog.
