Woodfire Grill, chef Michael Tuohy's California-inspired restaurant on Cheshire Bridge Road, has been sold. The proud new owners Nicolas Quinones and Bernard Moussa will keep Tuohy's existing kitchen team intact, and chef de cuisine Kevin Gillespie, who was with Tuohy for two years, has been promoted to executive chef.
Woodfire Grill mixes seasonally influenced ingredients and great wines in a warm and comfortable setting. Not surprisingly Chef/Owner Michael Tuohy has made the focal point of Woodfire Grill, a wood fired grill, rotisserie and oven in the center dining area. The Chef`s Table is adjacent to the grill and oven for the guests to watch the chefs prepare the fire roasted and grilled cuisine that hits your nose the moment you walk through the door. And be sure to pair that with a wine by the glass that changes daily.
