Lunacy Black Market

This eatery, the latest from Chef Paul Luna, features low prices and reasonably priced tapas plates and small sandwiches. Tapas are about $3 each, and when made as small sandwiches during the lunch rush, ring up at a mere $1.75. The menu is limited, but daily specials, which are prepared according to Luna’s fancy, round it out. Highlights include braised beef with roasted red peppers and goat cheese; gooey cheddar rice cakes (more like risotto cakes) with herbs and pork ribs with balsamic mint. The more mundane steak fries and thick sweet potato fries are quite popular. Additionally, guests are always invited into the kitchen to cook alongside Luna or simply watch him work.
