Once Harada, Sushi Mania sits in the Cherokee Shopping Plaza in Brookhaven alongside several other restaurants, all giving each other a run for their money. But Brookhaven has no other to compare when it comes to sushi. Chef Kenny chops and slices up all ingredients into delightful bites and will create special dishes on a whim. The service excels in efficiency.
