Welcome to Autentico Inc. Street Food in Roswell
New York is famous for its mobile food vendors and other American cities are starting to catch on to the street food trend. And if you go to any major city in South or Central America, you’re sure to see numerous food vans and pop-up shops serving tacos (and mystery meat). If you venture to sample the wares from these fast-acting chefs, you might be surprised to discover cuisine unlike any other.
Sure believers in street food, the trio behind Roswell hotspots Little Alley and Salt Factory, Hicham Azhari, Fikret Kovac and Executive Chef Richard Wilt, are on a mission to share these unique flavors with Atlantans. Bringing street tapas and tacos from cart to table, the three created Autentico Inc. Street Food in downtown Roswell.—Carly Felton/Special to Metromix
