Mary Mac’s Tea room opened its doors in 1945. Mary Mac was one of Atlanta’s first female business owners. She did it to make money after the World War II. It is the only tea room that is left in Atlanta. The food is identical to what it was over 60 years ago. Southern food and hospitality reign here at this historical landmark on Ponce De Leon Ave.
