A seafood kitchen, eh? You think people come out in droves to this place they can’t pronounce — yep, you better believe it. First off and most importantly, folks (tourists) can’t resist New Orleans style anything, and Pappadeaux hammers that point home with boiled crawfish cooks, chilled oyster bars and gumbo’s out the wahzoo.
