Oasis International Café is appropriately
located on Buford Highway, that haven of international cuisines. At Oasis, the gyro is king, considered by
many to be the best in Atlanta, followed closely by the made from scratch
falafel and seriously good schwarma. Don’t
miss trying the very unique and tasty jalapeno sauce, also homemade. For all the halal-eating folks in town, you
should definitely check them out as they have a full halal menu. The owner is very friendly and nice and
pretty much runs the place alone. The
prices are very reasonable, but don’t bring your plastic as it’s no good
here.
