Grilled Pineapple Martini

We’re not exactly in Hawaii but the Grilled Pineapple Martini sure makes us feel like we are. As the temperature dips, this flavor rush is just what the doctor ordered. Whoever said that bananas were more fun, surely was not sipping on pineapples. 

1 ½ oz. Bourbon

¾ oz. Pineapple Schnapps

½ oz. French Vanilla liqueur

Splash of pineapple juice

Dash of simple syrup

Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple.
