Steven’s Spiced Rum Carrot Cake is so good it’s even got those rare carrot cake haters frenzied, proving that you really should try to please all of the people.
1 oz. Montecristo Spiced Rum
1 oz. Navan
1 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
½ oz. Fresh carrot juice
A dash of ginger simple syrup
Shake and strain in a martini glass and top with thickened, heavy whipping cream.
