1 oz. Montecristo Spiced Rum

1 oz. Navan

1 oz Cinnamon Schnapps

½ oz. Fresh carrot juice

A dash of ginger simple syrup

Shake and strain in a martini glass and top with thickened, heavy whipping cream.
