5 Seasons Brewing offers American cuisine with an Asian influence in a casual and inviting atmosphere. One thing to appreciate is that all of the entrees are organic inspired and somehow just saying “organic” makes you feel healthier. All of the produce is purchased from local farmers and, yes, they take pride in handcrafting their own beer. In the fall of 2008 Kevin McNerney of Sweetwater tookover brewing duties from Glen Sprouse. In addition to continuing some of 5 Season's popular lagers and ales, he has invented his own. We personally like the Hopgasam best.
