Emilliano Zapata was one of Mexico’s most beloved revolutionary figures, romantically portrayed as a stoic, uncompromising figure of change. It’s therefore fitting that the Norcross restaurant adopting his name has done the same thing for local Mexican food. Shedding the overdone cliché of adorning its walls with sombreros and colorful carpets, Zapata’s is chic. The cuisine, too, matches the interior and is beautifully presented.
