If you don’t know about the riches that
vegetarian Indian cuisine can provide, let this be your edification. Usually
overfilling patrons with meals, Madras is no different than the rest. This is a
South Indian version of the ethnic cuisine, offering thalis (small plates as a
platter) that include egg-less omelets, low-key curry and fine potatoes along
