The yellow rice and turkey Hovan roll is a favorite of the regulars. They cut the roll into about 4-5 pieces for you which makes for easy dipping into what almost tastes like ranch dressing. The homemade lemonade that they make is the best you will ever taste. They have a  clear dispenser that allows you to see the fresh fruit cut up in thin slices surrounding the perimeter of the dispenser. The lemonade is infused with that taste of the many fruit slices. The hovan is pleasant place to dine at while in the food court.
