The upscale, yet warm, French country décor,
the gracious and attentive service and the delectable and affordable
traditional French cuisine all combine to make Violette the ultimate French
bistro. It’s the perfect place for a
first date or to celebrate a romantic special occasion while at the same time
being comfortable enough to just have a nice meal with friends or
co-workers. Occasionally there is live
jazz and a very talented pianist is often playing by the bar. A must try is their coq au vin, of course,
and their escargot, but the piece de resistance is their chocolate mousse,
which is so delicious you’ll come back just for that.
