Bistro VG, located in a quaint old house, has creative cuisine and options for all budgets. Created by chef Eddie Garcia-Guzman, Bistro VG offers contemporary American with French influences with a variety of small plates for light dining like the chicken liver "faux gras", or if you have more of an appetite, order the braised short ribs with spicy macaroni and cheese. Add some elegance to your meal and choose to sip on any of the French and American wines, or a nice cold draft beer. No longer just a special occasion restaurant, Bistro VG is classy and cozy at the same time.
