This place takes sort of an In-N-Out Burger approach to sausages...that's all they do (well, that and fries), but they do it really well. I had the duck/bacon/jalapeno sausage and although I can't really say it tasted like duck or bacon, it was delicious. The fries are awesome, great dipping sauces, good beer menu...and they get an entire extra star for having Reed's Spiced Apple Brew, which is the greatest (non-hard) apple cider you ever tasted. Danke, Wurstkuche!

Yep. That's all they really have. Sausages, fries and beer. But, they have over 20 beers on tap (most German and Belgian), they have an array of dipping sauces for your fries and they have over a dozen sausage varieties, including two completely vegan options! I tried the vegan smoked apple sage sausage with sauerkraut and sweet peppers, and it rocked. I would say the price tag is pretty steep for what ends up being essentially a fancy hot dog, but it's definitely worth a try.
Note: The sausages on the menu that are marked 'vegetarian' are also vegan. But - they use the same grill to cook everything, so if you're the type that doesn't like your vegan food to touch the same grill as animal...well, you're out of luck here.

I was stationed in germany when i was in the service, and ever since i left i've been missing the kebabs, the brots, and everything else. then i stumbled across this spot. Felt like i was eating across the street from the zepplin train station

Wurstkuche has got to be one of the best thing to happen to the AD since acrylic paint.
What a cool place, with great sausage sandwiches, delicious toppings, Belgian fries, and the most incredible selection of imported beers on tap you can imagine. I had a Filipino pork sausage (Marharlica) with spicy peppers & onions on top, a small order of Belgian fries, my beer of choice was a Chimay white. It was a perfect meal. I went back later in the evening just to have another draft, this time I had an Aventinus Eisbock, the place was packed and everyone was having a ball it was a real social gathering. The staff was out standing and the owners, two young guys , were going around making sure that everyone was happy with their food and drink. Both of my trips to Wurstkuche have been absolutely positive experiences. I'm looking forward to my next exotic meal and drink.
