Stubby's is one of the area's few independently owned barbecue joints. Lunchtime combo meals are reasonably priced. Sandwiches are generously stacked with smoked meat and served plain, allowing you to apply the sauce which comes in three flavors. Ribs, available in full or half-rack size, are particularly popular among locals, as is the Brunswick stew.
