At Easy Japanese, they take all the difficulty out of ordering sushi and Japanese cuisine. On the menu there are plenty of sushi, rolls and sashimi to choose from. Easy Japanese has cooked sushi that ranges from inari, sweet bean curd, to unagi (eel). On the raw sushi portion of the menu, select between ika (squid), sake (salmon), hotategal (scallop), maguro (tuna) and more. Also available on the menu are noodles, entrees, teriyaki, soups and salads.
