If you are a dim sum fan, then Happy Valley
Seafood is the place for you. They
offer up a nicely rounded out menu of traditional Chinese dishes, but dim sum
is what they are most famous for and with good reason: the selection is amazing, as is the
freshness and quality, and it’s absolutely delicious. The staff is very helpful if you’re unfamiliar with dim sum, but
it’s always best to just give it a shot and don’t get too caught up in what it
is. After all, if you wanted a
hamburger and fries, you wouldn’t be there, right? Put your American food sensibilities aside and let your mouth and
other senses revel in what they offer.
It’s a somewhat loud and festive environment, so it is not only tasty,
but fun as well.
