Fogo de Chao

Fogo de Chao is always busy and the staff is always on. They have a good sense of timing your meals, from cocktails to a romp through the salad bar and then into the meat parade. Fifteen cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb and sausage circulate through the room, and you should have enough room for a bite of each provided you won't eat again for three days. Kids, tourists and first-timers are invariably charmed.
