Customer service was like mcdonald's in east LA at four in the morning.
the staff was extremely rude..
didn't know much about the product they were selling..
try to sell equipment that they know NOTHING ABOUT...
(OLD analog gear)
and cannot tell you if it even work's.
i give the store a year....maybe.
it's sad because the concept is wonderful the people are horrible...
i can't say all of them i just had this experience with one of them...
it was bad enough for me to never wanna give them another cent though.
true story.
This place took me back to the reason I started doing music. It had what I would call vintage eq sitting right across from the state of the art. It was the best of both worlds. The staff is the coolest, the location is central but not in your face. I give it an A + hands down. It has a s mom & pop feel. Its music man.
