To celebrate Elvis Presley's birthday—the King was born on Jan. 8, 1935—Kingsized and Dames Aflame presented Elvis Royale at the Variety Playhouse. The two-night concert featured Elvis songs performed by Big Mike Geier's Kingsized, accompanied by dancers from the Dames Aflame burlesque troupe.
