A crowd celebrates with margaritas, jalapenos and a pinata at the neighborhood block party in Atlanta
A crowd came out to the third annual Virginia-Highlands Cinco de Mayo Block Party and Celebration in Atlanta. The party included live music, a sombrero-shaped pinata, a jalapeno-eating contest and plenty of margaritas and beer, of course.
