Eight local designers showed their work on the runway at Whiskey Blue
Models walked the runway during the Inspired by Vitaminwater Fashion Show at Whiskey Blue on July 26, 2011. The show featured looks created by eight Atlanta designers, who used the beverage company's color palette as inspiration. The evening was hosted by Christine Pullara of "Atlanta and Company."
The fashions were judged by the Atlanta Vitaminwater Style Council Members, who include Jessica Dauler of Jessica Shops, Robanne Schulman, the president of Plaid Monkey; and David Goodrowe, who is the associate dean of the School of Fashion and Building Arts at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
The winner was Tian Justman, whose Vitaminwater color was Power-C Dragonfruit. Prizes included $1,000 and a feature in the September issue of Jezebel magazine.
