Sci-fi and comic book characters march down Peachtree Street in Atlanta
On Saturday of Labor Day weekend, the DragonCon parade turned Peachtree Street into a showcase of sci-fi and comic book characters. Those marching in the parade included superheroes, Harry Potters, Ghostbusters and Klingons. The double Rainbow Brite was a crowd favorite, as were the representatives of Netherworld Haunted House. The parade ended with a legion of Stormtroopers, Darth Vaders, Princess Leias and Jedi knights.
