Mixology 101: Navan

The Art of Mixology for the month of November focused on one of our favorite cognac’s, Navan. Navan is a 80 Proof Cognac made with black vanilla bean, and one of the second most expensive spices in the world. The host Steven Kowalczuk not only gave us the history on Navan, but instructed us on making some his favorite Navan cocktails.

MMX is looking forward to attending the Art Mixology next year. Steven will be offering a class twice a month beginning in January. The class will have a graduation bash as well as an opportunity for you to become a guest bartender at Room.
