Navan Carrot Cake

Make cream first: Heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar, & 1oz. of Amaretto
Juice carrot next
In a mixing tin:
1oz. Navan
1oz. Gingerbread spice
1oz. Hot Damn
add carrot juice (1oz.)
shake and top with cream (cream must be thick enough to float)
Serve in a martini glass
