Inman Park Festival 2009

One of the biggest attractions at the Inman Park Festival is its quirky parade. This year's parade, which was held on April 25, featured a wide variety of participants, from politicians to non-profit organizations. The Seed and Feed Marching Abominable, the eclectic marching band known for unexpected appearances across town, was a highlight of the event. Their brightly colored costumes and jaunty tunes kept the crowd entertained. Another of the most memorable parts of the parade was the bicycle outfitted as a TIE fighter from "Star Wars." You've got to see it to believe it, which is why we took pictures, of course.
