Art lovers converge at The W Hotel

Unscene Atlanta

This one-night gallery event showcased the work of Atlanta's emerging photographers at the W Atlanta - Midtown. Using Atlanta for inspiration, local artists were asked to submit their portfolio (up to 20 photos) for a chance to be “seen” at the Mason Murer Fine Art Gallery in 2009–an honor for any emerging artist. Five local budding Atlanta artists were chosen to be shown at the W Atlanta Midtown. One winner was chosen from the five local finalists. The artists’ work will be on sale and proceeds will benefit a local Atlanta charity. The winning artist will also be honored with a trip to Los Angeles to display their winning "shot" at the celeb-studded Los Angeles gallery show, “Behind the UnScene” October 23rd.
