Wednesday Night Drinking Club throws annual party

Presented by the Wednesday Night Drinking Club, the Scary 9 party in Midtown Atlanta was the city's biggest Halloween street festival. The party was held in two outdoor areas, near Twisted Taco and CosmoLava, and featured a Michael Jackson tribute band and the Spunk Funk Band.
