Neighbors is the perfect name for this VA Highland hot spot.  Located right next door to Hand in Hand on Highland and St. Charles, all you need to worry about is the parking on weekends.  For the most part, especially in the nice weather months, Neighbors is always packed or semi busy.  The patio is the big hit here.  However, there are a few things you may not know about this Highland staple.  The food here is really good.  Much better than your average pub food.  The big surprise; they serve a mean breakfast!  Yup, a late night bar with a early morning breakfast.  Careful you don't burn the candle at both ends.  The staff are all attractive, attentive and friendly.  The beer selection is huge and there are even a couple comfy lounge areas if you need a more laid back feel.  It's not hard to figure out why this is one of the Highland's favorite hang out venues.
