The best time to stop by is on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday when Sweetwater opens up its doors and taps to the public. For 20 minutes you’ll tour the facility (and “taste” plenty of brew goodness) and watch as the beer goes from water to fun and relaxation in a bottle.
