Stats is certainly the Taj Mahal of sports bars in Atlanta. It's the spot that your boss prefers to check into. The rooftop deck is really hot. It's very spacious and just summery perfect. If you can't take the heat, the inside is super cool too. There are flatscreens everywhere and they have three levels without the rooftop. With enough people and a healthy credit card limit, you can get beer on tap at your table. Mixed drinks have sports names but the Red Card, made with Mandarin, vanilla, grapefruit & citrus vodkas, is my fave. Food is not half bad. They have the best hummus. If you've tasted anything like their Southern Lima Bean Hummus, you have to tell me where. Please believe the menu when it says that its Nacho Platter, which comes with chicken, feeds four. STATS isn't cheap of course. You can't get five bars in this kind of sports upscale decor, (yes there is ample sports memorabilia here, 790 The Zone has even broadcasted live from here), and expect it not to cost.
