An Irish pub really is a necessity. Harp holds down Roswell’s need for one with a hulking location filled with a quasi-Irish vibe. It’s Roswell for heaven’s sake, did you expect the Blarney Stone? Harp will give you a decent flavor of Irish eating with the homeland curry dishes, shephard’s pie and some stew. The drink menu, while stocked in the whiskey cabinet, has the same few Irish-English beers you can find anywhere. That doesn’t make them any less Irish — just more essential. Just like Harp.
