Door 44 - Atlanta's newest nightclub/ultra lounge experience in the heart of Midtown. Created by an all-star visionary team and superstar designer Patti Krohngold, Door 44's mission is to produce an ultratainment vibe that rivals the party scene of Los Angeles, New York, Miami and other flagrant cities abroad. At this swanky entertainment emporium, rubbing elbows with Atlanta's elite, including music rock star Dallas Austin and fashion designer Mychael Knight, comes just as easy as the sweat you're guaranteed to break before you depart!
Atmosphere: From the art deco feel of Door 44's private patio and moonlit bar, scenesters feel the unparalleled vibe of the club before even entering the main lounge. Greeted by a signature step and repeat banner boasting the trademark "keyhole", each guest experiences fifteen seconds of fame, red carpet style. Embellished rubber walls, custom black and white baroque wallpaper and stained hardwood floors are immediate decorative staples in the club. The special area that hosts VIP guests and patrons desiring bottle service boasts high back leather booths, custom color painted tables with marble tops and other extreme attention to detail, evident in the design of the gorgeous custom carafes.
The main DJ spins an array of music that includes hip hop, top 40, pop and of course, rock. The light system dances in a life of its own with a combination of ambient and intelligent lighting and an amazing kinetics color system that changes the color palate of the room in the blinking of an eye. A decadent mirrored hallway leads to the bottom level, which houses private party space and a DJ devoted specifically to international, techno and electric tunes. The reoccurring themes through the entire venue are beautiful women and red roses.
The resident lady in charge, Jaynie Coffee states, "The overall Door 44 vibe is created by a combination of our interior design, our rock star staff, and our hand picked clientele. It's one part music video, one part fashion show!"

The bar undoubtedly offers libations that can accommodate everyone! Though there are no themed drinks on the menu, Door 44's well trained bar staff is well versed in personalizing elixirs. The view of the bar, at any given moment, showcases drink choices that speak to the level of clientele throughout the building. From kamikaze shots to the secret Door 44 house specialty, the bar rivals even the most thorough watering hole in the city.
